T7EE-B54-B42-1R00-A5 M0 is a kind of double hydraulic vane pump that works for handling high pressures. It has been specifically designed for the industrial applications such as hydraulic packing machines, plastic molding injection machines, press machines, and die casting machines. Its cartridge kit is a replaceable design which includes the key components such as the rotor, cam ring, vane kit with double lip, pins and side plates, making it easy for change with different displacements. 
Availability:

T7EE-B54-B42-1R00-A5 M0 is a kind of double  hydraulic vane pump that works for  handling high pressures. It has been specifically designed for the industrial applications such as hydraulic packing machines, plastic molding injection machines, press machines, and die casting machines. Its cartridge kit is a replaceable design which includes the key components such as the rotor, cam ring, vane kit with double lip, pins and side plates, making it easy for change with different displacements. In this pump the vanes is pushed outward at suction ramp by pin force and centrifigual force. The front and rear side plates are clamped each other by the separate discharge pressures. The working vane on major arc of the cam ring  pushes fluid to discharge port while working vane on minor arc of the cam ring seals discharge pressure from the suction port. There are the holes in cam ring that inproves wide cartridge inlet characteristics.

By combining different cartridges in double pumps, it is possible to achieve low flow at high pressure (with a maximum of 320 bar) or high flow at lower pressure. This feature allows for optimization of the flow circuit design. Additionally, the pump offers fast pressure cycle changes and precise flow repeatability. It is designed ideally  for  metal processing machines.

Displacement :171ml/rev. The displacements of P1 and P2 can be variable with different ml/rev.

Connection: ISO 6-bolt flange or SAE C 6-bolt flange

P1and P2 Mounting can be variable (for details see the catalogue attached) with 32 different posistion

Shaft: both straight keyed and splined available

Seals: both Viton and Buna available

Rotationg: right hand or left hand

FLOW RATE @ 1500RPM: 256.5l/min(p=0bar), 246.5l/min(p=140bar), 239.4l/min(p=240bar)

Input Power @ 1500RPM:5.9kW(p=7bar), 63kW(p=140bar), 105.8kW(p=240bar)
