T7EE-B66-B50-1R00-A5 M0 the exact displacement subsidiary of Denison T7 double hydraulic vane pump that working for high pressure environment. It has been specifically applying for the industry such as packing machines, molding injection machines, press machines, and die casting machines.In this pump the vanes is pushed outward at suction ramp by pin force and centrifigual force. Discharge pressure from separate sources clamps the front and rear side plates. During operation, the vane on the cam ring's major arc propels fluid toward the discharge port, whereas the vane on the minor arc blocks discharge pressure communication with the suction port. To optimize cartridge inlet flow, the cam ring incorporates specific holes.
Configuring diverse cartridges in double pumps delivers either high-pressure/low-flow (up to 320 bar) or low-pressure/high-flow operation, optimizing flow circuit design. The pump also features rapid pressure cycling and precise flow repeatability, making it ideally suited for high-pressure hydraulic presses.
